German-owned supermarket chain Aldi has launched an all-new, eco-friendly range of beauty products under its in-house brand, Aldi Lacura.
The new environmentally-friendly line comprises two sustainable beauty sets. The first is called the Lacura Eco Starter Pack and the second is called the Lacura Eco Thoughtful Brush Set.
Both were created with minimal packaging, ingredients that have less of an impact on the environment, and an aesthetically-pleasing design that incorporates nature.
The Lacura Eco Starter Pack is a three-in-one set that contains three solid hair and body bars packaged in a reusable tin. The bars themselves are wrapped in paper, meaning the whole set is free from plastic. Consumers will find a honey shampoo bar, a cherry blossom conditioner bar, and a zingy ginger and lime body bar in the Lacura Eco Starter Pack.
Meanwhile, the second set in the collection is the Lacura Eco Thoughtful Brush Set. This set is made up of (you guessed it) makeup brushes. Except unlike your typical makeup brush, each brush in this range is made of biodegradable materials and vegan bristles. It is also packaged inside a plant-based, cotton pouch. In terms of which specific brushes you will find inside the Lacura Eco Thoughtful Brush Set, you will find the Angled Liner Brush, the All-Over Shadow Brush, the Powder Brush, and the Angled Blush Brush.
