As part of their commitment towards achieving zero carbon and zero waste, sporting giant Nike has released a new sneaker called Nike Air Max Terrascape Plus that is made from recycled materials.

Specifically, the sneaker’s outsole is made from post-consumer and/or post-manufactured waste sourced from Nike’s factories. According to Nike, materials account for more than 70% of their product’s footprint. Emissions are reduced by avoiding virgin materials and reusing recycled materials.

The Nike Air Max Terrascape Plus comes in four colour offerings and is priced at $283 CAD (£164.95).
