Earlier this year, Everlane introduced its very first entry into the activewear market with Perform leggings. With the release of new pieces in the form of a tank, bra and bike short, the Perform collection is now a complete set.
Comprised of 58% recycled nylon and 42% Elastane that features four-way stretch, lightweight compression and sweat-wicking properties, Perform sets a new standard for activewear that is typically made of virgin plastic. Although virgin plastic can offer better quality and durability when compared to recycled plastic, using virgin plastic adds to the growing problem of pollution.
Made to be comfortable and designed with a minimal approach, all pieces from the Perform collection are described by Everlane as having an “a streamlined look and a no-fuss feel.”
Like with all products offered by Everlane, there is transparency in regards to the pricing of Perform activewear. From shipping, material and labour, all costs are listed on their website. In addition, Everlane doesn’t exorbitantly markup its products, unlike other retailers. Instead, Everlane’s products are relatively affordable and made to be accessible.
