Last spring, COS launched its first-ever sustainable activewear line dubbed COS Active. Now the fashion brand is ready to expand the collection with all new items created from renewable and raw materials.

The new drop for Spring 2021 comprises practical and stylish workout pieces, for both men and women, and a range of accessories. Although casual, COS’s performance gear is sophisticated enough to be worn at the gym or as a comfy alternative for running errands.

To keep up with its sustainability initiatives, COS’s functional lineup—which includes tops, bottoms, jackets, shorts, socks, bags, and more—has been produced from recycled materials and sustainably sourced fabrics including organic cotton, recycled polyester (made from pre and post-consumer waste), recycled nylon, as well as eco-friendly cotton by the Better Cotton Initiative.

Each versatile piece in the new drop has been injected with COS’s minimalist and contemporary styling, while more utilitarian-inspired items, such as the hooded anorak, padded hooded cape, and performance midi skirt help to elevate the range. Elsewhere, standout apparel items include the hoodie maxi dress, technical racerback jumpsuit, and drawstring shorts. Rounding out the collection are oversized cotton crewnecks, swim gear, a knotted strap fabric shopper, and no-show socks.

COS additionally expands on its range of seamless leggings and quick-dry sports bras by adding new colours such as olive, grey, black, navy blue, and pistachio green. Each item boasts quick-dry and compression properties to ensure easy, dynamic movement and arrives with a recycled nylon-mix fabric with added stretch.
