Following the introduction of their “Repurposed” series, which uses excess fabrics and materials from previous seasonal collections, Acne Studios is continuing with its efforts to push towards more sustainable means.

With winter just around the corner, it’s time to update your wardrobe with some seasonal essentials. To help out, Acne Studios has released some new additions to its Fall/Winter 2020 collection: a range of cold weather-ready puffer jackets that are partially eco-friendly.

Stand-out designs include the silhouettes that feature a striking distorted take on the Acne Studios logo, which can be seen emblazoned on colour palettes of “Turquoise Blue,” “Rust Orange,” and “Cream Beige.” This marks the first time that this novel logo interpretation has been used in the label’s wider collection.

Elsewhere, the oversized belted puffer coat comes equipped with rounded shoulders and a funnel collar that sports a pack-away hood. Another similar statement piece in the lineup is the hooded coat, which is designed with two front pockets and a highly functional toggle at the waist. There is also a gilet in bright red that resembles a life jacket.

Every puffer jacket in Acne Studios’ Fall/Winter 2020 range is filled with recycled down and feathers.

The puffer jackets range from $950 to $3,600 CAD ($700 to $2700 USD) and are available to purchase on Acne Studios’ website.
