As to encourage customers to reduce any unnecessary waste, fashion retailer Primark has added candy cane stripes to its brown shopping bags so that it can be reused as festive wrapping paper for holiday gift-giving.
Made from natural and renewable paper, the bags are 100% recyclable.
Some craft and origami skills can also convert the shopping bags into cute star decorations.
