NOIRANCA, a delicate portmanteau of “Noir” and “Bianca,” is the latest handbag label breaking into the scene.

Inspired by iconic women of decades past, such as singers Debbie Harry, Patti Smith, Amanda Leer, fashion symbol Grace Jones, and American painter Alice Neel, NOIRANCA aims to redefine femininity with its sustainable, 100% vegan handbags.

Unlike the classic bag silhouettes that are flooding the market today, NOIRANCA’s timeless models stand out due to their subtle details and eye-catching use of colours.

The brand’s debut collection comprises five different Avant-grade handbag styles. ALICE, inspired by the natural beauty of an eye, features a plump cut-out that elevates the bag’s overall design while GRACE turns handbag silhouettes on its head with its triangular shape. The latter can be worn crossbody, on the shoulder, or handheld.

DEBBIE, named after the Blondie frontwoman, will resonate with the bucket bag lovers out there, while PATTI is a must-have clutch bag for both day and evening. Lastly, AMANDA, inspired by treasure boxes, is the perfect accessory to add to your sartorial ensemble.

NOIRANCA strongly believes in sustainability, which is why each of its bags is crafted from its signature 100% vegan leather made from DMF-free, water-based PU. Additionally, the label’s vegan leather contains zero volatile organic compounds and consists of around 58% recycled elements from post-consumer recycled polyester and pre-consumer recycled polyurethane.

Even the label’s production process is vegan, from its FSC-certified packaging, materials, and supply chain, ensuring all-around sensibility regarding energy conservation, greenhouse gas emissions, and eco-toxicity. And to further give back to the community, each bag is handcrafted by a family of 30 leather artisans.

Each model in NOIRANCA’s debut collection arrives in beautiful and easy-to-transition shades of “Brown,” “Dusty Rose,” “Maya Blue,” and “Olive Green.” All bags can be purchased online now.
