Ikea‘s research and development division SPACE10 has revealed several autonomous vehicle concepts for a project titled Spaces on Wheels.
Aiming to reimagine the idea of a vehicle and its purpose, SPACE10 in collaboration with visual trend lab f°am Studio have designed concepts of autonomous vehicles that serve as extensions of indoor spaces. The various Spaces on Wheels concepts includes an Office, Cafe, Healthcare, Farm, Play, Hotel and Shop.

An iOS app for Space on Wheels has also been developed by SPACE10 to enable an early access experience of booking a Space on Wheels’ autonomous vehicle.
