Global retailer H&M has announced yet another summer collaboration, this time with Los Angeles-based womenswear brand Brock Collection.

Laura Vassar and Kristopher Brock are the co-founders of Brock Collection, who met in New York City while attending Parsons School of Design. After teaming up and founding Brock Collection in 2014, they made the decision to relocate to Los Angeles. Ever since then, they have become known for their laid back, feminine designs and have built a loyal fan base made up of Instagram influencers and celebrities.

Described as “down-to-earth romanticism meets LA cool,” the capsule collection was inspired by the concept of modern romance. Pieces are the perfect blend of luxurious opulence and street style. Plus, all items are made entirely out of sustainable materials like organic linen, recycled cotton, organic cotton, recycled polyester, and Tencel Lyocell.

The Brock Collection x H&M capsule features a range of the brand’s signature items and silhouettes, including romantic dresses, denim jeans, ruffled blouses, corset tops, denim shorts, voluminous skirts and more. Accessories such as handbags, shoes, jewellery, and sunglasses are also included.

“Brock Collection has always been about connecting the threads between uptown polish paired with a down-to-earth ease, which we are so happy to bring to a new audience. Each piece in the collection is special and carries a certain romantic charm, but is totally effortless,” says Vassar and Brock.

“We’re thrilled to be collaborating with Brock Collection, who are well-known for their luxe craftsmanship, impeccable fits and structures, and have quite the celebrity following. But there’s also beauty in the fact that their designs always feel down-to-earth, thoughtful and easy to wear — I believe that’s the key to their success. We want to celebrate romance and make it accessible to the many. By adding more sustainable materials, it creates for a collaboration I hope our customers around the world will fall in love with,” says Maria Östblom, head of design at H&M.
