Initially, Frankies Bikini focused solely on swimwear, hence its name. Since being founded back in 2012 by Francesca Aiello, the brand has branched out to include ready-to-wear clothing and beauty products as part of its offerings.

Recently, Frankies introduced its first activewear collection made up of various pieces in colours of baby blue, black, white, and plush plumeria. All of the activewear pieces are made from 80% recycled polyester.

“The entire line was made to wear when you please, as you please,” says Aiello. “We refer to it as ‘no rules active.'”

In terms of inspiration for the activewear collection, Aiello explains: “I see so many of our customers wearing our bikini tops as sports bras to work out, and I’ve done the same.”

“You can mix and match everything to create your own look,” adds Aiello. “I have always loved the idea of designing pieces that give our customers more bang for their buck.”
