Fashion brand Everlane is diving headfirst in preparation for warmer weather with the release of their first-ever swimwear collection.
Like with all of their collections, Swim by Everlane is both stylish and sustainable.
Consisting of seven swimwear available in eight colours, the collection features a mix of one pieces and separates, with styles intended to be mixed and matched however one wishes.
There are two one piece styles on offer, the V-Neck One-Piece and the Square-Neck One-Piece. All other styles are a mix of bikini tops and bottoms, available in a range of hues, including black, marigold, rosewood, herb, bright red, off-white, and navy floral. Bikini top styles range from the Square Neck Top and the Tie Front Top to the Triangle Top, while bottoms come in just two styles, the High-Rise Hipster Bottom and the Bikini Bottom.
While consumers are sure to love the simplicity, versatility, and trendiness of Everlane’s new swimwear collection, the key aspect is definitely the sustainable material each piece is made out of.
All Swim by Everlane styles were created using a blend of 82% ECONYL regenerated nylon that was sourced from recycled plastic, and 18% elastane, which is both quick-drying and fade-resistant. (Everlane says that they couldn’t find a way for the elastane to be replaced with a recycled material yet, but that they’re working on it.)
Swim by Everlane is available now on Everlane’s website, with prices ranging from $43 to $100 CAD ($30 to $70 USD).
