US-based brand Boxed Water, also known as Boxed Water Is Better, recently released four all-new flavours.
The flavours are lemon, grapefruit, cucumber, and blackberry. Like all Boxed Water beverages, each of the new flavoured waters are sold in the brand’s 92% plant-based boxes (even the cap is plant-based, made out of waste sourced from Forest Stewardship Council-certified sustainably grown trees). The brand claims that choosing boxed water over plastic water bottles can help reduce one’s carbon footprint by 64%.
Further, the fruit flavours are all-natural and were chosen to suit a variety of moods – cucumber to rejuvenate, lemon to refresh, blackberry for a fun boost, and grapefruit to help you rise and grind. All beverages are sugar-free and do not contain artificial sweeteners of any kind, making them zero calories.
According to the CEO of Boxed Water, Robert Koenen, their customers had been calling for the brand to come out with flavoured versions of The Original Water for some time, and they finally decided to listen.
Sold in the standard 500 mL size, Boxed Water’s four new fruit flavours are available now on the brand’s website and in-store at select retailers.
