According to a survey conducted in the UK, 48.4% of women felt that vaginal health was never a topic of conversation or taught. As such, an overwhelming 71.87 % of respondents said that if changes were seen in vaginal health, they would rather avoid a real doctor and instead search for answers on the internet.

That’s why botanicals and science-rooted wellness brand April recently released two new supplements that aim to promote better vaginal and hormonal health.

The first product, called “All the Feels,” is a daily cycle supplement that aids bloating, relieves cramps, eases moodiness, and helps with hormonal balance. Made from botanicals such as Siberian ginseng, ginger root, and chasteberry, it is completely vegan and gluten-free.

The second is a vaginal probiotic called “VJJ hero.” Packed with six bacteria combined with botanicals such as cranberry and hibiscus, the VJJ hero is said to support urinary tract health and improve vaginal flora balance.

“With April we want to make the world feel good by being leaders in driving conversations around health,” says ’Helena Aru, Director of April. “We want to facilitate conversations that we believe are important but that many still think of as uncomfortable or even taboo. With VJJ Hero and All the Feels we hope to encourage more people to feel confident in talking about their vaginal health and related topics such as periods, hormones, itchiness, malodour and PMS.”
