This collaboration, rooted in shared values of sustainability and innovation, champions a cruelty-free ethos while reducing environmental impact. VEGEA boasts a 40% lower global warming effect and slashes water usage by 50% compared to fossil fuel-based leather substitutes.

Debuting at Paris Fashion Week, McCartney showcased six stunning accessories made from VEGEA, marking a defining moment in luxury fashion’s embrace of sustainable materials. Reflecting the legacies of pioneering women, this collaboration celebrates craftsmanship, innovation, and a commitment to a more sustainable future.

The product line includes iconic bags, a bespoke Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label bottle holder, and McCartney’s signature Elyse sandals featuring recycled cork from Veuve Clicquot’s cellars in Reims.

“I am so thrilled to be part of this first-of-its-kind partnership between a fashion house and a champagne Maison – connected by our shared passions for sustainability, craftsmanship and innovation,” says McCartney. “This collaboration is the perfect blend of my cruelty-free vision with Veuve Clicquot’s incredible natural ingredients, using waste to circularly create a luxurious alternative to animal leather that can be easily scaled and change the industry. You truly cannot tell the difference; this is a better way.”
