With industries such as fashion and beauty moving towards more sustainable practices, cookware is now coming up to speed. Not far behind in pushing an eco-friendly agenda is Kana, a collective of home chefs dedicated to elevating your everyday cooking routine.

Recently, Kana unveiled its new arsenal of Milo cookware filled with beautifully colored Dutch ovens and skillets made from 40% recycled cast iron. By incorporating reclaimed cast iron, Milo’s is reducing its environmental impact while preventing waste from discarded recyclable materials.

Milo’s heirloom-quality cast iron range is designed in California using premium Belgian ceramic to ensure that heat is evenly distributed, making cooking easier than ever before. Each cast iron item can be used for braising, roasting, slow-cooking, baking bread, and sautéing, and will instantly become the workhorse of your kitchen.

The pieces double as work of art and can easily go from stovetop to oven to table. The cast-iron skillet is oven-safe and can endure up to 260℃ while the Dutch oven features an enamel coating to provide quality performance, durability, and non-stick properties.

Milo’s new range of cast iron Dutch ovens, skillets and lids arrive in pretty pastel hues of “Dusty Pink,” “Dijon,” “French Terracotta,” and “Eucalyptus” as well as neutral tones of “Pebble,” and “Glossy Black.”

Each item is shipped in packaging made from 100% recycled paper. In addition, 1% of profits will be donated to One Tree Planted, a non-profit organization dedicated to reforestation.
