Although delicious and convenient, instant ramen lacks in nutritional value. Setting out to change this, Japanese food company Nissin founded by instant ramen inventor Momofuku Ando has created the All-In Noodles.
With one serving of All-In Noodles containing a third of a person’s daily nutritional intake requirements, the instant ramen includes 13 vitamins and 13 minerals alongside protein and dietary fibre.
To create the All-In Noodles, a densely packed nutritional core is wrapped with a noodle coating. When compared to conventional instant ramen, All-In Noodles has 40 percent less carbohydrates.
All-In Noodles is available in three flavours; Abura with spicy rayu oil, chashu pork and green onions; Tom Yum with lemongrass, coconut milk and cilantro; and Szechuan pepper Tantan. There is also a plain version without any seasoning.
