Bottega Veneta Introduces Virtual Program to Provide Inspiration During COVID-19

Italian fashion house Bottega Veneta has launched a virtual program that is specifically designed to promote creativity and positivity during such uncertain times.

Described as a “theatre of joyous distraction”, the multi-platform universe called Bottega Residency showcases artists, muses and collaborators that the brand has been influenced by over the years. The aim to celebrate all kinds of creative professionals, from chefs and film directors to musicians and writers.

“Creativity and strength lie at the heart of Bottega Veneta,” said Daniel Lee, Bottega Veneta creative director. ” In this highly distressing time, we feel a responsibility to celebrate those values and ignite a sense of joy and hope in our community and beyond.”

The Bottega Residency will come alive every single day, providing a daily dose of inspiration during the quarantine. The weekly itinerary is as follows: Meet the artist and learn about their favourite writer on Monday, explore pieces from their favourite artists on Tuesday, and watch clips from their favourite director on Wednesday. Thursday will feature a global guide of the best virtual experiences, Friday, a weekly music event, Saturday, it’s time to learn recipes from world-renowned chefs, and finally, Sunday is all about culture-defining cinema.

Lifestyle, arts, culture, and luxury are just a click away, as the Bottega Residency is being streamed on many of the brand’s platforms. This includes Instagram, YouTube, SoundCloud, Weibo, Line, Kakao, Apple Music, and Spotify.
