Forget wearing sunglasses and having to drive with an obstructive sun visor that limits visibility. Those days are over thanks to engineering and technology company Bosch‘s transparent digital sun visor called Virtual Visor.
The innovative sun visor utilizes a transparent LCD display alongside an interior monitoring camera that tracks the position of the driver’s eyes. With intelligent algorithms, a portion of the LCD display is darkened to block sunlight from blinding the driver.
