Created by FURNITURY, TETRA SOAP is described as a “revolution design soap” that is stated to be 100% slip-free.

With each TETRA SOAP handmade using a cold process production method, the soap is cast in a mould inspired by a concrete structure called Tetrapod. Commonly used in Japan, Tetrapod is a water breaker that is placed on coastlines to prevent erosion and water damage from waves.

“Soap – the humble, everyday product with a history dating back to 2800 BC – may have changed in ingredients, shapes and scents over the past 5000 years, but one feature that’s never been fixed? It’s slippery nature,” explained FURNITURY. “When it meets water, it dissolves and becomes slippery. The shape of a normal soap is streamed-line and becomes hard to hold by hand.”

Standing on three pivot points, TETRA SOAP is easy to pick up and handle. Even after substantial use, the shape of TETRA SOAP is retained.

TETRA SOAP is composed of all-natural ingredients such as Italian extra virgin olive oil, palm oil, distilled water, coconut oil, castor oil, Myrrh essential oil, organic citrus bioflavonoids, tea tree oil and sandalwood oil.

There are two variations of TETRA SOAP available called Concrete Grey and Limestone Green. Each variation features a different formula and scent.
