Taipei’s dynamic Xinyi District is now home to the highly anticipated Acne Studios store, marking the Swedish fashion brand’s strategic expansion into Taiwan. The store’s inauguration represents a significant milestone for Acne Studios as it continues to cement its global presence in key Asian markets.

The collaboration between Bluebell Group, an esteemed brand distributor, and Acne Studios has culminated in the establishment of the Taipei store. This partnership, following the successful management of Acne Studios’ Singapore flagship, demonstrates a concerted effort to tap into Taiwan’s thriving fashion landscape.

“We are honored to bring Acne Studios’ first physical store to Taiwan, reflecting the brand’s unique identity and commitment to innovation,” stated Samy Redjeb, Managing Director of Bluebell Greater China.

Strategically located at Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Taipei Xinyi Place, the store embodies Acne Studios’ signature aesthetic while accommodating the artistic elements of acclaimed artist Max Lamb and designer Benoit Lalloz. The architectural brilliance intertwines Lamb’s organic forms with Lalloz’s luminous installations, creating an environment that seamlessly blends artistry and contemporary design.

Mattias Magnusson, CEO of Acne Studios, expressed enthusiasm, saying, “The opening of our Taipei store reinforces our commitment to engaging with the vibrant Taiwanese market, following our successful partnership with Bluebell in Singapore.”

The flagship store showcases Acne Studios’ latest collections, including ready-to-wear clothing, accessories, and footwear, embodying the brand’s fusion of modern elegance and unconventional design.

“We aim to offer an exclusive retail experience to our patrons in Taipei, introducing them to our distinct collections and the ethos behind Acne Studios,” added Magnusson.
